Kelly Loeffler – Daily Money Manager

Hello, my name is Kelly Loeffler and I will be your personal Daily Money Manager. I started my career working as the administrative assistant for a CPA firm of 150 employees. I worked directly with the managing partner and human resource director. I handled many responsibilities that came with this position, many of which included managing and over seeing multiple projects and individuals, time management and lots of paperwork!

After many years in that position I left for a more important one, a stay at home mother of two beautiful children, both of whom have ADHD and learning disabilities. This was a whole new challenge: learning the school system and fighting for services.

I was often managing a schedule of speech therapy, occupational therapy; specialists appointments with one evaluation after another; navigating laws and social services, I also had more IEP’s than I can count, I went to mediation, more than once, to fight for services for my children–to say the least–this gave me a whole new meaning to the word “MOM”.

Family and Business

I am extremely happy to say both my precious children are now young adults going to four year colleges: UCLA and Cal State Northridge. My daughter is getting ready for graduate school.

In between raising my family, I facilitated the start up of a small business for my husband and have managed the business for the last 25 years. The running of this small business includes all paperwork, bank deposits, bank reconciliation, invoicing, client quotes and contracts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, all correspondence and contact with attorneys and accountants. I also have done payroll when needed.

Our last trip with dad

Family means everything to me, they are quite literally my life, so when my father became ill from cancer I was there to help navigate Dr.’s appointments, treatments, specialists and finally hospice.

After my father passed away, I have helped support my mother in this transitional part of life. Sharing contact with attorneys to update her trust; organizing calls and processing paperwork with her accountant and financial adviser; making sure bills are paid and paperwork is processed accurately; meeting doctors and reviewing medical tests and procedures for the best care she can get for her health and happiness. Both my mother and I feel it is important that she remain as independent as she feels comfortable in all aspects of her life and letting her make all her own decisions.  Having me there to help and support her with respect and honesty gives her peace of mind.

Why I began Keep Me Organized

It is because of these life experiences that I decided to start my own company. I am a homeowner, have a budget and pay bills. I am an everyday person just like you. I enjoy being able to exercise, read, walk on the beach and most especially have family time. I love being organized, that feeling of accomplishment and the clarity it brings. I would love to be able to help you too! Let me know what  your needs are and how I can help you manage your daily life. Together, let’s find your peace of mind.
